There is no need to bring electric kit.

Personal coaches are welcome to bring their kit if they want me or Maciej to comment on their lessons but their aim should be to learn all the correct protocols for the fitness testing.

Personal coaches should aim to understand & be able to support the training plans produced by Phil.

 

By the end of Sunday all fencers should have: video of footwork tests & feedback from MW, mobility assessment & feedback from PM, complete test sheet handed in to NB, sore legs.
